About Iv: Iv (pronounced Ivy) was born on Leap Day and is as special and unique as the day she came into the world! She is the ideal blend of both her parents. She is outgoing and friendly like her dam, while also being exceptionally sweet and loyal like her sire. Iv has an outstanding temperament and embodies what we would consider an ideal representation of the breed. When people ask me which dog I am most proud to have bred, the answer is Iv. She captured our hearts at a young age with her striking appearance, excellent structure, and wonderful personality. Affectionately known as the “head tilt queen,” Iv is famous for her expressive curiosity, often captured in countless photos showcasing her signature head tilt. She is eager to please, highly intelligent, and a quick learner who thoroughly enjoys picking up new tricks and skills. Iv is a true people-oriented dog who loves being indoors with her family and thrives on close companionship. She is equally enthusiastic outdoors, enjoying walks, hikes, canicross, and running, making her an exceptional adventure partner. In every way, Iv is an incredible dog, and we feel very fortunate to have her as part of our family and pack.
Achievements: Iv is everything we hoped for and more. She earned her Novice Trick Dog title in 2020, followed by her 2K9 Ruff Run title in 2021. That same year, due to the pandemic, Iv was only able to attend one show, where she made a memorable impression, earning her first major win with Winners female and Best of Opposite from the Bred By class, over two specials. In July 2022, Iv returned to the ring just three months post-puppies and added another point toward her Championship. In April 2023, at the Chilliwack Specialties, she continued to excel, earning Winners Female at the All Breed show and Best of Winners at the BCSHC Specialty under respected breeder judge Tom Schonberger. She finished her Canadian Championship at our local show in May 2023, taking Best of Winners under respected breeder judge Susan Quesnel. Iv moved up to the specials class for the remainder of the weekend, where she truly shone – earning three Best of Breed awards, one Select, and two Working Group 4 placements, accumulating a total of nine Grand Champion points. Alongside Kindle, she also earned Best Brace in Show on all three days. In June 2023, Iv continued her success with three Best of Breed awards, two Best of Opposite, one Select Female, a Working Group 1, and a Working Group 2, finishing her Grand Championship in style. She was also awarded Best Breeder/Owner/Handled in Show. Her success that weekend placed her as the #8 Siberian Husky All Breed, #4 Siberian Husky Breed, and #2 Owner Handled Siberian in Canada. Iv also enjoyed agility classes, successfully passing her first novice round. In October 2023, Iv attended the Chilliwack show where she was awarded Best of Opposite all three days, adding points toward her Grand Champion Bronze. She also earned her 5K Equinox Explorer title in October 2023, followed by her Triple Threat title in November 2023. In July 2025, Iv achieved her Intermediate Trick Dog title, further demonstrating her versatility. She has also proven herself as a valuable member of our sled teams and enjoys running in harness. In fall 2025, Iv competed in Sprinters for the first time, earning her Novice Sprinter title and her Versatility Novice title. In spring 2026, she returned to the conformation ring and completed her Grand Champion Bronze with ease. Iv delivered an outstanding performance at the Canadian National weekend in April 2026, where she was awarded Best in Specialty Show at the BC Club Specialty. She also earned Select Bitch at both the National and Regional specialties. In May 2026, she continued her success with multiple Best of Breed, Best of Opposite, Select wins, and a Working Group 2 placement among Canada’s top working dogs, moving steadily toward her Grand Champion Silver. Iv continues to impress in every venue she enters, and we are incredibly proud of everything she has accomplished.
